GET TO KNOW TAVITA
For as long as human civilization has been documented, Black women have been significant and consistent contributors to culture and collective well-being, yet Black women continue to receive only a fraction of the financial support that is available.

BlackFemaleProject relies on community members like you to help interrupt these systemic inequities and allow us to share more stories and research in support of #BlackWomenAtWork.
