“When we worked together, Dr. Rachelle Rogers-Ard led our staff in becoming Values Ambassadors and I always knew a day with Rachelle was not a day to be wasted; it would be full of content, questions, challenges, and joyful engagement. Her anti-racist Leadership Development work was one of the hardest workshops I’ve ever done…but so needed and life-changing. She is a master teacher and facilitator!”
